For making participation in the pool more enjoyable.

Posting of Results
The Statman will try to update results three times on Sundays, once after the morning games, once after the afternoon games, and then again after the Sunday Night game. Regardless, the preliminary results will be posted each week on Monday morming to show everyone's totals after the Sunday games. On the Totals line, it will show who is STILL ALIVE for prizes, as shown by totals that are highlighted in pink. This will help you decide whether to watch the Monday Night game..... or just drink beer all night and tune in for the final score. Final results, winners and comments from the Commish will be posted each week on Tuesday morning.

Posting of Picks
Picks will be posted at game time on each day picks are due. It may be helpful to print a copy of the picks so you can follow along and see how you are doing on game day. To fit the page onto one sheet, you may have to select the portion of the page you want to print, then print the selection.

Access the Website on Your Cell Phone
You can add the football pool website to your cell phone home page to quickly access the website at any time. Here are instructions that may work for most phones.
For iPhones - Use your iPhone (or iPad) to go to the internet (Safari , Google, etc.). Type in the website address in the address bar at the top of the page ("kevscape.com/football/fb.html"), then click on the Go button. This will take you to the football pool website. At the bottom of the screen (top of the screen for an iPad), click on the button that is a square with an arrow pointing up (the Share button). Click on Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name of the website ("NFL Pool"), then click on Add. You can then go to your home screen and drag the NFL Pool icon to wherever you want on your home screen.
For Android phones - Launch Chrome for Android and open the website or web page you want to add to your home screen. Tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen. You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen. The icon will appear on your home screen like any other app shortcut, so you can drag it around and put it wherever you like.
For other phones - Search on the internet for "Add website link to my cell phone."
